King Drone Works was founded in 2021 by Austin artist and drone pilot, Gabriel King. Originally from Tennessee, Gabe developed an interest in photography and art early on, often traveling throughout the south to capture images of the sweeping landscapes. 

 

When personal drones first became available, Gabe saw the opportunity to up his photography game and purchased the DJI Phantom 3. As he began sharing aerial footage of his travels, friends took notice, and soon they became clients. Gabe started out making videos for visuals for bands, events promotion, and clients’ social media. In 2021, King Drone works was established and since, Gabe has worked with clients like Brushy Creek Amphitheater, SXSW,  Live Nation, and Museum of Graffiti Brooklyn. 

 

Today, King Drone Works brings a uniquely artistic eye, whether it is for a promotional video or a project site. We are based out of Austin, Texas and are available for clients all over the U.S
